- peeled plums - 350 gr;
- cane sugar (brown) - 1 Art. l;

- milk - 1 / 4 stack;

Instructions for making plum pie - recipe
1. Immediately light the oven to heat up to 180 ° C. Line the bottom of the form with a diameter of 12 × 27 cm with parchment. Take enough paper so that its edges hang over the sides of the form. Then take butter and, softening with your fingers, grease the parchment in the form. Sprinkle the bottom with cane sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

3. Melt a portion of butter, for dough, in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and honey to it. Cook, stirring continuously, on the smallest fire. While sugar dissolves. Then remove from the burner and cool the sweet syrup (15 min).
